Standard Labor Rates:

• Initial Consultations are Free
• In Shop, Phone, or Remote Access support is $100.00 per hour
• On Site is $150.00 per hour
• Machine Time is $50 per hour
• Map to our former location

Emergency Rates:

• Labor ( after normal business hours, on weekends, holidays, etc. )
  • In Store, Phone, and Remote Access $150.00 per hour
  • On Site $200.00 per hour
• Emergency Bench $100.00 in advance ( puts unit on the bench next )
• Emergency Call $100.00 in advance ( puts repair next in the on site schedule )

Minimum Service Charges:

• Bench $65.00
• On Site $100.00
• Phone Support $20.00
• Password Assistance $65.00
